Investor Referral Program

At Spartan Invest, we treasure the trust and relationships we build with our clients. Your confidence in our services and your willingness to share our opportunities with friends and family do not go unnoticed. To show our gratitude, we’ve structured our referral program to generously reward those who help expand our community of satisfied investors.

Referral Rewards:

• First-Time Referral: Receive a $1,500 reward when your referral purchases a property from Spartan Invest.
• Subsequent Referrals: Future referral purchases will result in a $500 reward to the referrer. This applies to additional purchases made by the same purchaser and new purchasers you have referred to Spartan.

Detailed Terms:

1. Eligibility: This program is open to anyone. You don't have to be a client to refer someone to Spartan! The referred client must complete a property purchase for the referrer to be eligible for the reward. The referrer must make the introduction known to a member of the Spartan Invest team in writing.
2. Reward Timing: Rewards are issued upon the month's end after the successful closing of each property purchase by the referred client.

Program Integrity:

Spartan Invest reserves the right to modify the terms of the referral program, including the reward amounts, to better serve our community or adapt to changing circumstances. All changes will be communicated clearly to ensure transparency.
