Terry King is the HVAC Specialist for Atlas Rental Property and joined the team in 2021. With over 22 years of residential HVAC experience, Terry brings quality and a reliable level of service to ARP's internal maintenance team. He plays an integral role by quickly identifying the issue and performing the necessary repairs promptly so that the renter is satisfied and the investor's expenditures are kept low. When not at work, Terry enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching his daughter play softball.
