Realty Purchase Coordinator
Spen joined the team at Spartan Invest as Realty Purchase Coordinator in July 2021. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Marketing. Spen comes from a background in the real estate and mortgage industries. She is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of property and closing coordination. In her free time, she loves traveling, spending time with family, dining at local restaurants, and serving with various community organizations.
