Sonya has worked in business operations and talent development for over twenty years. She is SHRM-CP™, PHR™ and CHRM certified in the field of Human Resources and holds a AAS in Business Management. Sonya is passionate about maximizing potential through operational excellence and effective leadership. She enjoys learning about what motivates people and helping employees reach their professional goals. Sonya and her husband, Terry, have been married since 2004 and have a son named Cohen. Outside of work, you can find Sonya watching football or reading a good book.
