Montgomery Property Manager
Simone Harris came onboard with Spartan in 2018. She is a licensed real estate agent with over 5 years of management and leasing experience with multi- and single-family homes. With over 14 years of customer service and sales experience in various industries, Simone is an expert at building rapport and interpersonal relationships with clients.
She was promoted to Senior Leasing Manager in 2020 due to her ability to lead and assist in the team's efforts. Because of her steadfast work ethic, Simone is now the Property Manager of Spartan Invest and Atlas Rental Property's Montgomery market. She is responsible for overseeing all operations in this area, as well as, maintaining the investor's interests in their property.
Her pastimes include spending time with her family, taking in music and theatre, and finding new restaurants and recipes.
