Acquisitions Manager
Lance is the Acquisitions Manager for Spartan Invest's Acquisitions Team. He ensures that Spartan remains competitive in our markets so that we are able to provide inventory options that produce cash-flowing investment properties. Lance graduated from Auburn University where he studied Mass Communications. He has over 15 years of management experience and has spent the last 6 years managing construction projects in the Birmingham area. Lance appreciates the fast-paced work environment at Spartan and working alongside a great team that helps each other accomplish their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and disc golf and spending time with his loved ones.
