Field Operations Technician
George Hutchins is the Field Operations Technician for Atlas Rental Property. He is responsible for our in-house move-outs, tenant turnover repairs, and Section 8 repairs. He has specialized in turnover and Section 8 repairs for three years and is received his Physical Therapy Aide certification from Jefferson State University. George is such an asset to the team, and he enjoys completing repairs promptly to help pass Section 8 inspections. His goals at Spartan are to build good working relationships and add value to himself as an asset to the organization.
