Originally from Las Vegas and now living in Harvest, Alabama, he loves the craft of building and values Spartan’s strong team culture and proven systems.

Mike Conrad brings more than 30 years of construction operations and leadership experience to Spartan. His career includes overseeing the completion of large homebuilding divisions, running a successful remodeling company, and managing high-end construction and sales teams. Known for his focus on efficiency, quality, and customer service, Mike has a long track record of improving processes, developing strong teams, and delivering exceptional results.
