Before entering the industry, Marvin built and managed his own trial practice as an attorney, arguing cases before Georgia’s superior and appellate courts. His legal background sharpened his negotiation skills and strategic mindset—qualities that now help investors make confident, well-informed decisions.
For more than a decade, Marvin specialized in commercial real estate sales, focusing on single-tenant net lease, multi-tenant retail, and land development for Class A multifamily projects. This experience gives him a strong understanding of market trends and investor needs, allowing him to connect with turnkey investors on a focused and results-driven level.
An avid road cyclist, tennis player, and photographer, Marvin brings the same discipline and attention to detail to every aspect of his work. He looks forward to planting the Spartan Invest flag across metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia.
