With over 25 years of experience in REO property restoration and real estate investment, Chris Kirk brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to every project. His background spans from managing Fannie Mae properties and personal residential flips to collaborating with some of the most skilled construction teams in the field.
A third-generation licensed builder, Chris comes from a family deeply rooted in construction, development, and residential investment. As a father of five, he approaches every renovation and build as an opportunity to create high-quality homes where families can thrive.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys supporting his children at the University of Alabama and Auburn University and spending time with his family. Happily married to his wife of over 20 years, he is grateful to be part of the Spartan Family.
