Controller
Barrett is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as Spartan Invest’s internal controller. He has been a member of the Spartan Invest team since January 2017 and has over 8 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining the team, Barrett served as an Accounting Officer to BBVA Compass. A graduate of Auburn University, Barrett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, in addition to his Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
As Controller, Barrett oversees the financial operations for Spartan Invest, Spartan Realty, and Atlas Rental Property. He assists management in keeping Spartan a well-run and compliant financial operation. While he is not crunching numbers, Barrett enjoys going to concerts, spending time with friends and family, watching football, and exploring the outdoors.
