Construction Supervisor
Zach joined Spartan Invest's home-building team in the fall of 2021 where he was responsible for the development of our homes in Spartan's growing markets. He now serves on our renovation team as a Construction Supervisor and is responsible for overseeing the renovation process for Spartan's quality, rental homes, providing as much savings that we can pass on to the investor as possible. Formerly a field engineer for a commercial construction company, Zach's expertise makes him a great asset to the team. Zach spends time with his family when he's not hard at work and enjoys hunting and fishing.
