Rickey Richardson

Rickey joined the Alabama Rental Property team in 2020 and aids the team with residential maintenance repairs, and he also assists our move-out team during transition periods. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in this role, including state inspections, HUD inspections, and structural maintenance. Rickey has previously worked with a local non-profit where he oversaw annual state maintenance inspections, and he also trained team members in defensive driving to ensure the safety of the organization's residents. In his free time, Rickey enjoys cooking and bowling. Whether he is taking an ocean cruise or spending time at the cabin, he loves spending time with his family.
