Acquisitions Agent
Jake serves the Spartan Invest team as an Acquisitions Agent in the team's Birmingham and Tuscaloosa markets. A graduate from Cal U Pennsylvania with a degree in sports management, Jake spent eight years working for Alabama Power in both insurance and sales roles. He currently oversees the purchase and renovation of our properties and works with the team to ensure your investment is in the best of hands from the very beginning. He enjoys having the opportunity to improve the communities around us and the lives of the people living in our homes. In his free time, Jake loves spending time with his family in the outdoors - hunting, fishing, and camping are some of his favorite hobbies!
